This app is not user friendly or intuitive I start with a local story and end up in news of the weird as I scroll The older version was MUCH better
Three issuesThere is no organization to this app Its poorly laid out And every day the app shows an alert So I click on the app but no alert Very annoying Go back to old version please Horrible Update
As soon as I get another local news app this will be deleted The previous version was fairgood Who could have done as terrible a job Terrible revision

This looks great at first glance but its actually really hard to find the content wanted I dont understand why nonlocalregional news is on there I can find pop culture stories anywhere and like the previous version it drives me nuts that the screen doesnt rotate Meh

Extremely disappointing They took away the Lanscape view for the iPad Most of the cases out there only use a stand for Lanscape and I like to put my iPad on its side and read about whats going on in the news while I have coffee So now I have to use all my other news apps instead of Channel WCVB 5 or WMUR its sister station channel 9 because they did the same update And Channel 9 was my primary to go to app NOT ANY MORE WMUR

This update is awful I used to use this app to check news a couple times a day and now I dont ever use it I have never used a less userfriendly app It really is just junk Awful

I loved the WMUR app before the most recent update which changed the whole layout Was a much bigger fan of the layout before Good app not the layout

After reading some reviews before I downloaded the new app I almost decided not to However I do like getting the local updated news first thing in the morning so went ahead and downloaded First of all I like not having to rotate my screen to access the app I also like the format better than the previous I do agree the ads are disconcerting but didnt take long for my eyes and brain to skip All in all I find this app easier to use than the prior I am a senior citizen Better than I expected
Removed ability to comment The comments usually yielded more useful info than the reporting in the story itself This app is a steaming pile of Ruined the old version that was great

I like the new app I have read other reviews and people seem to have problems navigating but I have not found this to be true There are more adds but they are easy to ignore Good job WMUR Greatly improved

This app is horrible Ads are completely annoying and take away from the news itself and thats if you can find what you are looking for as everything is scattered about Its painful to use Couple that with NO LANDSCAPE MODE and this app has got to go I NEVER hold my iPad vertically EVER The original app was far from perfect but it was way better than this garbage Will be deleting I Call It A Mistake

This new app is terrible The old app you can find all the stories in each category This new app is a smattering of stories most of which have nothing to do with the category selected In addition it forces you to use portrait which is very annoying on an iPad If it werent for getting the local weather I would delete the app from my iPad and iPhone New WMUR app horrible
I didnt think it was possible but they took a marginally acceptable app and made it worse There were too many ads in the previous version and this one increases their number and animates them as well What youll get is an app that is about 25 news 25 WheresWhos the bestworst nonnewsworthy filler slideshows and the rest of the content is ads Animated ads Deleted in less than 5 minutes Great Ad Generator That is all
