I cant even get ads to play anymore I get a black screen and a countdown timer that freezes at zero and I have to completely quit the app to stop it The videos themselves dont play anymore I just get a pop up that says Error the operation could not be completed This has been happening across all Swagbucks apps for me since September 11 Please address these issues otherwise I am completely unable to earn SB Practically non functional

The ads freeze like crazy it crashes more often then I could count its usable for 20 min then it either freezes or crashes and I have to stand by it to restart the app when its frozen or it crashes A buggy mess

Against my better judgement I downloaded the update to this app and now I cant even get a single video to play before it crashes I absolutely loved swagbucks and use my mobile apps to earn almost all of my sb as I work 2 jobs just to make ends meet and dont have much time at home Please fix

I have skimmed over the reviews and noticed many are having troubles with app I have a newer smart phone which I imagine has helped it run smoothly I let this app run while I sleep or just hanging out It racks up points until my limit is reached per day after about two weeks of this I turn my points into a Amazon gift card of five bucks 2 times a month I am patient and dont expect to get rich just nice to get something for videos I like to watch anyway like cooking fashion and new movie releases I am a Amazon prime member so ten bucks a month gives me a cool item that ships for free Whomever said this app doesnt work they dont know how to work the app and probably have no patience Anyhoo I like it For patient people only DOES work
I have been using Swagbucks for a few months so I can make money to buy necessities for my dorm this fall The previous version of this app while draining a lot of battery and probably reading all of your information actually worked With the new update I cant even get through one video sometimes even to the main menu without the app crashing or bugging out Will delete this unless its fixed very soon Disappointing
