I just downloaded and starting using this app I was able to find my utility company and pay my bill using the app which is exciting I cant see however where I can plug in my meter reading I click on my usage and it just shows this and last years May be a glitch Hope its fixed soon would love to use this to pay my bill and enter meter readings              Not sure

The app does do what it is suppose to do It is fairly easy to navigate and pay your bill on line My biggest complaint is that it only keeps one utility company logged in If you have more than one utility company that requires you to use Smart Hub to make payments on line then you have to go into the settings find the other utility confirm it and then log into it Then when it comes time to pay another utility you go through the whole process again I dont understand why it cant remember all your utility companies that you use the app to pay bills           Okayneeds improvements though

OTOH the daily charts are broken Perhaps they have focused in iPhone 5s larger screen On my 4S the charts hourly usage is showing many hours at zero usage As of now the app needs work I did try and purge the data and the charts are still failing to display correctly I will try a uninstall reinstall and hope for the best        When it works its good

Cant get past the terms and conditions window ever Click accept 50 times and it always pops back up as soon as it goes away to show the icons up it goes again Totally useless     Looping Terms Window

Over the summer I found this app and loved trying to see how I could lower our daily use I could figure out what I was doing when usage went up But lately I get days with 0 usage they one day with so much all around midnight it makes it useless to use Then there will be a week where I see usage but the last eat day show a high jump at midnightwhen we are all sleeping Nothing about usage is correct or useful Then on top of it the app shows we live in an entirely different city So are we getting the correct bill Who knows since there isnt a way to verify anything Horrible app     Usage data is horrible

By far above and beyond what I expected This will break it down to daily wattage usage A must have I use Jackson Energy Was surprised to see that it had my electric company                 Awesome

This app is simple but it does exactly what I needlets me quickly pay my bill on my phone                 Just what I wanted it to do

This app helps me keep an eye on my daily electricity usage by letting me see my daily consumption compared with the temperature for that day This has helped me see which energy saving methods work best This app also lets me pay my bill view bills see historical consumption data and has all the numbers for my COOP The app is very stable optimized for 6 screen and the graphics are great Would highly recommend to anyone whose COOP is supported                 Useful stable user friendly app

I continue to get an error message when trying to report an outage Seems like a fairly critical thing to have working        Cant report an outage

Will download but will not open Tried multiple times including to un and reinstall Have never had this problem with any other app iPhone 5s with iOS 81     Wont open

It wont update my daily usage which is the only reason I wanted the app There is no update button No refresh button Nothing telling me what to do to make it tell me my last 2 weeks of usage Ive relogged in Nothing Ive tried has worked     It wont update my daily usage

I like the graphs Very helpful when monitoring usage I would like to see one simple addition A bill calculator Before my electric department switched to this software they had a simple function that allowed user to plug on current meter reading and calculate bill from last bill reading Easy Peasy              Good helpful app

I like the convenience of this app but I hate that awful slider It takes forever to get it close to the amount I want Then when I let it go it jumps and I have to start over again Why cant they just let you enter the amount you want to pay           Convenient but could be better

I was able to log in to my utility account with no problems The usage history is very useful However the only reason I downloaded the app was to be able to report outages and today trying to report an outage says unable to connect to server It also shows no outages for my area but my utility company website shows there actually is an outage Fix the syncing of info from the companies and the ability to report an issue and this will be a great and useful app              Useful but needs work

Cannot even find my supplier even when my supplier has a link to download this app to access my account     Worthless

Would be a nice app if it worked all the time Every time I want to pay my bill I have to delete the app and readd It gets locked up each time Wish you guys could figure out how to fix the bug        Ugh

Nice to be able to make payments via the app Tons of information I just wish it would show the correct amount due for pre pay customers If your PC supports this app it is a must have                 Great improvement

Ive been looking for an app to use to pay my utility billfound it Very easy to use plus it lets me track my power usage                 App Works Great

No usage data no detail for the current bill 8 count them 8 notifications that my current bill is available If you want to pay your bill without seeing anything but amount due this app might be for you As for me this nothing app is going in the trash     Forget it

I only use it for one account but so far its been very simple no hassle I do recommend it           Easy to use

I like the app and the ability to track daily usage But I have two properties with electrical coops that are billing using this program and I can only access one of them through the app It needs to have the ability to add multiple accounts under one user name           Need more usability

Liked old version This one will not show daily usage and electric company states if you delete app and reinstall it will workNOT     Crap

Initially I thought this application would be great to pay our utility bills however upon installing and trying to sign in into the account this application it is not assessable and possibly might be corrupt I am sure that the log on information was entered correctly we have an established active account with the same utility provider for about 18 years It repeatedly states that the information entered does not match their records so now Im beginning to suspect that the sensitive information may have been compromised by this app I would not recommend it     Application worthless

It does so much more We have a smart meter on the house and we can view our power usage by the hour I can shut down usage on the dryer or heater and see a step change on the app Fine technology Amazing                 Amazing

At one point on the iPhone 6 it would show the monthly total usage or weekly usage in a graph or list Since the last update it has changed and now wont show totals or the list Im having to guess the usage and will not show you even If you touch it Im very aggravated with this change and have deleted this app on my phone Looks like from the updates in the last two you fixed it for some phones but took it away on others There is suppose to be an i Ina circle at the bottom of the screen for this Its on the iPad but not the iPhones FIX PLEASE Reported this a year ago and still not fixed     Shows no usage

I am so surprised by the negative reviews This is by far the most useful app I have on my phone I am a stay at home mom and this app helps us save money I love that the kWh usage is broken down by the hour I spent a few days keeping track of what I did all day and then after comparing with graphs on app I was able to figure out what uses the most electricity This app really helps you conserve Plus its almost a challenge to see how low I can get the daily kWh down Great job Side Note I use this app on a iPhone 5c and only have one account                 Very useful

Great app for consumers to watch their usage One idea i would suggest is a different login similar to capitol one mobile app with use of a swipe gesture for ease of login              Very handy

This app is nice My electrical company just switched over to SmartHub and Ill admit it does have a lot of convenient features I mostly use it to check usage I pay my bill directly through the bank so I cant really comment on that side of it even though thats one of the main features But everything seems to work fine aside from a few minor oddities It is a little annoying that some things switch over to a web browser such as the outage map That said the app is UGLY Nothing is retina optimized and it just plain looks bad Even the icon is hideous I have to hide it in a folder to keep the rest of my home screen looking decent which of course makes me less likely to use it Basically the app does what its supposed to but I cant say its an enjoyable experience Some relatively minor design tweaks could take this to the next level           Functional but could be so much better

This app has no push notifications My electric company uses this and my account is pre pay It does not alert me if my account is low about to be shut off or if it did get shut off I have to actually go into the app which can be very inconvenient        No Push Notifications

I use this to monitor electrical usage at my church Improvements needed 1 The bar graph is now a horribletosee green The blue was better but the bars need to be alternating colors both of which should be a good contrast to the white background 2 I would like to easily monitor multiple accounts church AND home in my caseboth are with the same provider preferably without having to logout and login to the other account           Ok some drawbacks

I like the app it makes payment easy however it crashes all the time and is very frustrating           Crashes
