I have been doing loans for over 10 years and I love this app its very easy to use and has a lot of information The only thing I didnt see was an area for the funding fee or adjustments for VA loans              Love it

for 199 this app does lots of things except show actual real estate mortgage interest calculations why do I have to pay extra for an ammortization table     disappointing

Application was fairly user friendly and provided the basic information you need Not sure why you need to pay 099 every time you want an amortization table Also the one time I tried to get the amortization table and realized it was going to cost I declined but was charged Since I emailed my complaint several days ago I have had not response        Not great

You should be able to put in the final payment principal and interest per month apr etc and it will calculate the principalstarting loan balance           What is the loan amount

Decent simple interface Better than most mortgage calcs Ive tried and bottom line its worth the two bucks A few small features that would be helpful When going from the mortgage calculator screen to the qualification screen the data doesnt carry over so I have to reenter the same information again That would be a nice time saver A reset button that clears all the data would be great Ive also noticed in other apps that require data entry a nextprevious button set comes up above the left side of the keyboard That would also be helpful instead of having to go click on each field if I am just entering data I do like how when you click one field any data is automatically erased It took time to get used to but it prevents mistakes by not back spacing out all of the info or not tapping on the last number etc The automatic email function is nice but could use some sprucing up its a little plain Im sending these to clients so its gotta look good Its good to have the amortization chart but they ding you for another 99cents You do disclose that in the app description but it makes me wonder if the next time you add a feature are you going to charge for that as well How much am I really going to end up spending on this app if I have it for years The pros outweighs the cons Its a keeper Thanks              Good could be great

I bought this app to be a replacement when I lose or dont have my actual real estate calculator I use the Calculated Industries 3415 Qualifier Plus IIIX Real Estate Finance Calculator which is THE easiest to use calculator Ive come across I was hoping this app would have been more like an actual calculator This app is very simple straight forward and user friendly but there are times when I need to literally add something into the loan amount and then calculate the monthly payment Like on the qualifier plus you can just type in the dollar figure loan amount then add x amount of dollars to that figure like closing costs then hit loan amount run the interest and term and voila theres your payment Also if you could display the loan amount too that would be excellent It is important to be able to see what the total cost is the down the BALANCE and the monthly Do that and its perfect              Pretty close

As a Realtor I use this app all the time What a great way to turn renters into buyers by showing how much a mortgage would be I love it                 Great App
