Has all the needed features you would use in keeping track of your stock portfolios I like the ability to see the overall gain of each separate holding within the portfolio This is a feature I did not get when I previously purchased a different more expensive app I am glad U found this one Thank you                 Useful features Clear display

I got and bought a bunch of stock portfolio apps over a short time but after a short use of each they always came up lacking in one place or another until I got this app I like how this app keeps track of reinvested dividends has very quick access to various return data just by swiping your finger very easy backup and import through wifi or email iCloud sync also although I have not used that Pie chart display will show each portfolio with just names names with percentages or names with dollar totals A heat map can also show this same info O and I had some questions for the developer about how to correctly do something to which he responded with answers within a very short time that same day This app gets my business I am very happy and will not search for any others Looking forward to updates the developer says he is working on                 Very useful very informative Im very happy

PortfolioTrader review Devices iPad Mini Retina iPhone5 Stock trader for 28 yrs Former Turing user who finally found a worthy replacement This is a great stock portfolio tracking and management app I examined or tried nearly every other portfolio tracking app in the App Store and found all except this one lacking in vital aspects such as no real time pricing updates 15 min delay doesnt cut it anymore inability to add new lots to existing positions cumbersome navigation or trade entries poor presentation etc But this app has it all and more PortfolioTrader is packed with all the needed information Price fetching is user adjustable with intervals ranging from 15 seconds to 10 minutes OR select Streaming for real time updates that are blazing fast Adding additional lots to an existing position is quick and easy The professional looking presentation is spectacular in daily usage and has a selection of color schemes Once acquainted with navigating through the app which takes a few uses its a breeze If needed very good tutorials are available in the settings menu Syncing between devices is as easy as it gets If desired you can control the direction of data transfer with simple settings so theres no accidental overwriting in the wrong direction It has a watchlist price alerts great up to date news feed password lock if desired and multiple portfolio capability Theres a selection for choosing whether to include each individual portfolios value in the overall totals which is nice if you want to have a paper trading portfolio without affecting the total value calculations This is not a technical analysis app but there is a basic quick reference linechart easily selectable which is very handy for a quick overview of the intraday price action or longer views to 5yrs and Max I utilize this app multiple times daily and put it through its paces and I have never experienced a single glitch lockup or crash Ever It seems very robust At a glance I can readily see where I stand on each holding by price value daily gain unrealized gain as well as a total gain which in this app means unrealized gain plus all historic gains in that stock And the icing on the cake This developer is very responsive and has replied quickly to all my questions and comments Ive suggested a few tweaks that he has seemed very interested in hearing Presently there simply are no peers to this app in the App Store From a users standpoint Portfolio Tracker is by a wide margin the reigning king of portfolio tracking iPad apps currently available It is by far the best Ive seen yet Thanks to PortfolioTrader I no longer miss the bygone Turing PortfolioLive app that many knew and loved Anyone with a stock portfolio will find PortfolioTrader to be an refreshingly well designed and executed easy to use and valuable mobile tool Highly recommended Kudos to the developer Well done                 Best Ive Seen

This is an update to my previous review and this app now rates 5 stars The developer listened to some suggestions and then put them into this latest 27 version If you want to keep track of your portfolios without a bunch of so called extraneous features this is the app for you Well worth the price Crawdad                 Even Better

This app is the closest thing I can find to any decent portfolio tracking and monitoring app where you have a 401k or personal portfolio and you want to know how any of your stocks are doing The app has had improvements with detail down to the multiple decimal point range Wish it could tell me more about how much of my initial cost is accurate vs gains Seems a little odd              Still love this app Wish it had more detail
