So delete and download helped with the apps crashing but now the Fall edition is on newsstands but not in the app That is backwards The update is a disaster Neither the Knit Simple nor the Vogue Knitting app will open This problem has persisted for more than a week Twenty four hours is about all that is acceptable for paid subscription apps to fail FIX THIS     What is wrong with the publisher Knit faster than uploads

Ever since the most recent update I ve not been able to get onto the website My questions to you are 1 Have I lost ALL the magazines I d purchased 2 Are the notes that I d made for patterns gone I had 3 yrs of magazines and pattern notes stored on the app It s always worked wonderfully From what I ve read so far it appears that there are a lot of aggravated knitters I hope something is done to rectify this     Recent Update BIG NO GO LisaD0208

Ok this is what I did On your computer access your ITunes account Go to your apps The middle tab says update click on this tab Find the knit simple app click on it choose update After it updates go to your IPad or IPhone and delete the app Go to App Store and get it again NOW it works again Who knew Yeah I m just happy it now works again and I can finish my baby dress     App crashes FIX KopyKat77

As a print subscriber I received an email indicating I can download the app and use my email address to log in I use the email address associated with my print subscription as directed and all I get is my username is not recognized or my password is incorrect Yeah it never gives an opportunity to enter a password Very frustrating Plus to access the app you have to navigate to it via the App Store No icon on iPad     Knit Simple Magazine is anything but simple to use Julsvern

I wish I had read the previous reviews before treating myself to a one year subscription I purchased my subscription in February and initially had no problems until the next issue came out Once Spring Summer 2013 was released it told me I would have to pay again to view Winter 2012 which had obviously been purchased with my subscription If I had gone ahead and gotten a paper subscription they wouldn t show up and take my past issues away before allowing me to have the latest issue so why is that the case with this app I have contacted the magazine s subscription support and received no response I m so very disappointed     Subscription Issues Blah_may241982

I have a paper subscription so should be able to download the e version to my ipad for free I cannot I can only download by paying for each issue The instructions on the Knit Simple website say that you can log in using your email as a log in name and password there is no such log in page Believe me I tried     does not work elizabeth1900
