Ive been using gobank for a little over a year Its amazing No other mobile banking app is like this one I suggest gobank to everyone                 The Best

The app is simple and to the point Has good features like send money bill pay and a vault to protect you money I use this as my main checking account                 Love it

Ive had them for over 2 years and its been nothing but problems I kept them around because its free and theres no fees but its gotten to a point where its not even worth it anymore I ordered a replacement debit card because mine was getting worn out so they completely canceled my card and I couldnt access my account for two weeks while I waited for my replacement come in Its like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of the customer wrap and they always tell you Ill call you back but they never do worst thing ever Im switching to simple     Worst bank ever

Love this way of banking You can avoid the traditional banks that try and take your money for hidden fees etc Gobank avoids this at all cost I have been very happy Only thing is I wish there was an option to write checks                 Impressed

Ive been a Go bank user now for over six months Im one of the people that dislike traditional banking brick and mortars that act like they know you but really dont Traditional banks pretend and preach customer service but turn around and rob you with fees Go bank I dont have to worry about unnecessary fees I can do everyday banking just the same as I would with a traditional bank I havent used the mobile deposit yet so I cant speak on that But as far as direct deposit and everyday transactions everything works good Dont just bank GO BANK                 A

The notifications dont work It says to activate them in the settings app but theres no Gobank in there                 Awesome but

Im considering closing mine my mothers account because her debit card was stolen used and now the bank is harassing her instead of dealing with the fraud claim Also my mother can no longer call in If the automated system reads her phone number social or account numbers the call never reaches and rep and gets bounced between endless recordings Ive had to step in on her behalf THINK TWICETHIS IS LOT A LEGIT BANK     Think twice before banking with GoBank

I love my GoBank app not buggy and has everything I need to check my account But one flaw it doesnt connect to my address book to send money           Nice Workbut One Bug

Been my primary checking account for quite a while now Love it but the App looks like crap on the iPhone 6 plus Time to get it updated Touch ID support and a balance widget would be nice too           Time for an update

App wont accept checks It also will not allow me to use my phones flash to make the image brighter and wont allow you to manually refocus     Wont accept checks

So far I love this bank Its very convenience The only issue I have is that I have not been able to reach a live person I have few more question Other wise i am happy I hate the big greedy bank like Bfa and I hope online bank like this will put the big bank out of business              Very happy

Good app very easy to use Thanks for Touch ID Only 2 suggestions 1 Apple Pay support 2 Choice to use builtin Apple Maps instead of forcing Google Maps which isnt integrated and doesnt allow voice directions Right now we have to allow the google maps website to load then manually copy and paste the address into Apple Maps Thats backwards                 Good app

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM They blocked my account stating suspicious activity in which there was NONE Took every cent I have Only option was to wait 2 weeks for a new card Im a mother who works and I have no gas no food now for 2 weeks I asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not Ive been trying to call the call center and was blocked from my call going thru They stated they were protecting my money from being stolen THEY ARE THE THIEVES Dont get put in this horrible situation Never again will I do business with an online checking account I have better luck just keeping cash in a purse then with a bank you are suppose to trust I even offered to pay for expedited shipping on a new card to which they replied sorry we dont offer that You will have to wait 2 weeks THEY STOLE 1400 dollars from me     DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

Weeks ago all I got was Warming Up when I started the app Now There was a problem connecting to GoBank Try again A frustrating big mess when you always put most of your money in the saving vault and only put it in the checking if and when needed It used to be fast reliable simple got the job done effectively efficiently perfectly When will this be fixed Hopefully soon please Thank you     Used to be 5 stars app

I have never been so happy with a bank Ive been using GoBank as my primary account for three years and Im never turning back I love that I can easily see my balance with the swipe bar Check deposits only take about a day sometimes less to go through none of that wait 5 business days crap My paycheck is deposited two days before pay day unlike my coworkers who cant get it until the day before or the day of Moving money to savings money vault and back to the account is a cinch And the best part there are no fees You can choose what to pay as a monthly fee including 0 and what I love most is theres no stressmaking punishment fee if you go into the negative so your situation doesnt become worse The app is super simple to use and if you have to pay utilities with a check you can do it through the site I also feel like they really do care about customer service and want to improve and take care of their customers needs and concerns I can go on and on about how great this bank and app is I HIGHLY suggest signing up and leaving your other greedy bank behind                 Best Bank Ever

Great banking service but I have two major drop backs from the app First it needs a log in with a Pin option Its really a pain typing in my password every time I want to check my transactions Second the most biggest complaint is that I dont get any notifications when my card is used I think having notifications when money is taken out of my account should definitely a feature of this app Not sure if its a bug or its not even a feature but Im using a iPhone 6 running iOS 8 and I dont get any notifications           Love the banking not the app

I use the app on my ipad and since the update for iOS 8 the app will not display correctly           You broke the app

I have been with them since they first came out and love them The only issue I have is not being able to have a joint account Having a joint account with my husband would make budgeting a little easier Right now we both have separate accounts and I have to transfer money back and forth which is easy with the app but still a little bit of a pain Other than that I do not plan on ever changing back to a regular bank              Love them

So GoBank is owned by GreenDot who created the MoneyPak and ReloadThe Register services Now knowing that I was under the impression that since they own it you can use ReloadThe Register for free at any store Wrong I was completely going to switch my current Bankless provider and move my entire balance and direct deposit over to GoBank til I found out they charge for their own Reload products I really needed a bankless provider that does ACH pulls so I can pay my bills without using the BillPay feature AND I also needed a Visa the most accepted brand But Im sticking with the competitor because I can cash reload at Walmart 711 and CVS for free Im really bummed I dont have ACH pulls for bills or a Visa I will throw out my temporary card for GoBank and wait for Free GreenDot reloads Til then American Express        Biggest Flaw of Any PrePaid Card

Although I do not see any complaints about the app on my iPad it is useless In portrait the app screen is correct but too large to fit the screen when you attempt to login the keyboard is in landscape and again way too large Anyone else having issues with the app I simply use the web site        Great Bank lousy app

Im in love with this bank The fee scale of 09 is completely up to the banker the customer service is unmatched and the constant upgrades to the app are too awesome Also love the fortune teller that helps you decide if you can buy something or not I admit that money has been tight for me so I have my fee set at 0 However my finances are getting better so I will be paying them for their services soon I have a lot of ideas for them to expand their services to make them better than the rest                 Amazing App from an Amazing Bank

I bought a starter kit from Wally and tried to activate it like normal only if kept giving me a error message every single time Its near impossible to get ahold of a live service rep without the use of Twitter Follow them on Twitter and tweet them a issue and they will follow you back and ask them to DM them with your phone number and name and theyll call you within the hour Anyway I was fixed and set up with a new account and my funds moved from the temp card to my the account and a actual gobank personalized card with my name and thing fedex to me within 5 days App is smooth Just needs TOUCH ID support and maybe a widget in NC to view your balance even quicker                 Great service
