They haven t allowed the fingerprint login I have another bank as well and all I need to do is touch my home button and all my accounts come up I love this bank just wish the app could access the fingerprint like others I have can Don t understand why Roxanne LVT, CCRP

This newest update is causing my phone to crash whenever I try to do a mobile check deposit I have an iPhone 6s and the latest update for iPhone X seems to have caused this problem Deposits shut down phone Doug Bobson

The app does a hard stop whenever I am trying to do transfers and as I was trying to set up a savings account The app just stops right in the middle of it Very frustrating At the grocery store it took me 4 times to transfer money Frustrated Ccsweetgirl2013

I just received my iPhone X and there is a glitch when you re trying to mobile deposit checks It won t let you submit your deposit at the end This is super frustrating because I travel and I deposit my checks mobile deposit every time If it doesn t get fixed quickly I will have to move banks Please fix ASAP Update Please CJFranks

I really don t understand why everyone rates this app so highly Either frost is paying for reviews or everyone is using reused usernames and weak passwords for their banking logins Since you can t paste passwords my wife makes me use mobile deposit because it s such a hassle to sign into this app on her phone with secure usernames and passwords since we use randomly generated strong passwords Frost is actively punishing users who use strong security like this by disabling pasting into the login fields I have 1 extra star because of the availability of mobile deposit This is 2017 You re better than this for your customers Weak Security Practices theonlylars

Upon logging in the app will give a slow network pop up and drop back to the login screen with login information cleared It does this no matter the actual network situation safari chase and Wells Fargo have no problem Additionally a poorly designed login screen encourages weak passwords You can t paste a complex password from a password manager app because paste is not available at login If you leave the login screen your credentials are cleared So you need a second screen or a memorized password I haven t been able to get it to work BigMouthSmiles

The app STILL does not allow pasting into the password field for login This is a terrible experience for people that use tools like 1password where each site gets its own unique and very long password Even though Touch ID was just added many thanks for that it is just too difficult to use because of the issue above Please support pasting into password field

I was having similar issues that everyone seems to be having with it crashing after the 4th number after the update I deleted the app then re downloaded it then went through the process again now it works like a charm Just remember your online log in information should work again like normal Redownload the app

While Ive never had a problem with the app before now with this new update it always kicks me out I cant get past putting in the third number in my passcode without it shutting off Its like the fourth number is actually the offkick out button 4th number off button

Third party keyboards like Swype which are an awesome IOS enhancement completely bork the Frost apps numeric keyboard Please fix this bug I really like the app overall In fact this app was a primary motivator for me to move the majority of my business to Frost Like the app but third party keyboards break it

Congratulations on the ios9 support but youve overlooked the fact that the iPhone 6 has been out for a year now and you STILL havent optimized for it Seriously the iPhone 6s is already out We didnt spend more money on bigger iPhones because we have bad eyesight Just spend the money and get it done properly Optimize for 66s and this is just crazy talk I know but how about an actual iPad app iPhone 66s

I love Touch ID to log in Its more secure and even faster than a 4 digit code Even fast login with Touch ID

My parents first opened an account for me at Frost when I was 12 years old and I am a loyal customer to this day 11 years later Frost offers the best service and their app is awesome Their newest feature where you can see your personal account at other banks is especially useful as I live in an area where there are no Frost bank branches I love being able to see all of my accounts in one place I love you Frost I am a forever customer I LOVE FROST

Me too After update for ios8 app kept crashing but as previous review suggested I deleted old app and downloaded app again from apple store After set up it works just fine A great app Fixed crash problem

Finally Touch ID support has arrived It would be really really helpful if you could visualize Transfers that youve created but have not actually transferred yet I make regular transfers from other accounts have trouble remembering whether or not I have scheduled the transfer My transfers arent regular enough to schedule them on a recurring basis so it would be really nice if this was implemented Thanks Great Banking App

This app is great Has just the right amount of functionality for me The people are very friendly and the customer service is 24x7 and they advertise the phone number on the app and not give a run around when trying to find it Ive always loved the convenience of 4 digit code but the touch ID feature is even greater App is great

It is by far the best banking app I have used When moving back to Texas I was glad to get back to being Frost Bank customer This app is fast and gives me all of the features I need in a banking app I did have to reload after the last update but that has been a common issue for many apps I dont see how people give it one star as they praise how well it works Very Functional Reload If Crashing

2262015 they took a great app and made it harder to use Signing out takes too long were using our phones when were on the run extra keystrokes are a waste of my time Should have left it alone Now it takes two hands to operate the app because they put the menu at the top left The old app was such easier to use and could be operated with only your thumb Someone just changed things so they could justify their job this so called update makes me want to change banks New version not an improvement
