I get as far as taking a picture of receipt and yes it has permission to access camera Then it crashes again and again Useless Terrible

The app still works greatbetter even But I cant stand the new look The text overlay on a washed out image makes it extremely hard to read Whats the point really for this new look Is the picture of an apple with a heart supposed to subliminally make me feel more healthy Easy to use Hard to read
After the last update it tells me that I need to be connected to the Internet So it will not submit my receipts No other application on my Iphone has this connection problem If it can no longer use a cellular connection to the Internet then what good is it as an iPhone application One star for broke and useless at this time Last update broke
I opened the app today after a long absence Most of my activity has been on the desktop computer I was troubled to find the banner declaring 4 receipts needed On closer inspection this notification was for resolved claims months old I could not find a refresh function Exiting and restarting the app did not refresh Hmmmm mehh needs some work
This app has improved and has a modern feel I miss a setting that would allow me change the background to a flat dark color so that I can actually read the text Improved
There is a bug that causes the app to crash when taking a photo of the receipts I tried attaching a photo instead of using the internal camera and it won t send Pi
Does what it says it doesallows me to submit receipts and get paid back Take a pic with my iPhone and I dont have to fax receipts My wife just used it for dependent care and my nanny signed the screen Pretty cool Does what it says it does
1 Change the name Is it wageworks or Ez receipts Hard to remember 2 Even after receipts are submitted both this app and the website still say need receipts there should at least be an indicator that it hasnt lost your submission and something is under consideration 3 The app doesnt let you attach receipt to a particular open item You just throw it in but have to put the date of the transaction The app and the website are different 4 The app doesnt remember any username or password honestly youre better off just using the website on your phone directly It has some issues but minor ones compared to the app Or just add a button view in safari Nice Graphics Difficult to use

Why does the app launch my photos from the earliest date forward when I try to attach a receipt Doesnt it make sense to bring up the most recent date Adding photo of receipt is bad
Taking WAY too long to download New phone high speed connection absurdly slow I rate this app a loser Dont waste time on the download

In the recent upgrade I can no longer search my balances or do basic checks on my account The balance payment feature doesnt work correctly either as it doesnt provide the correct benefit months This app is useless Not easy to use or has all the options you need
This app is great It does everything I need it to do and it is actually easy to use Ive been able to do everything I needed from submitting receipts to checking my FSA balance and it was all intuitive One of the best apps Ive used on the iPhone Works perfectly
And I thought the website was good You can check to see when claims were approved and when payments cleared You can make claims You can have your provider sign ilo adding a receipt You can add a receipt from your phone This is a chore I hate but now I can take care of it as Im opening the mail Thank you Wonderful Faster than the website
Ever since wage works added the functionality to submit receipts for FSA transactions this app has proven its usefulness Now you can snap a pic of any missing documentation and submit it via this app instead of having to use your PC If you have a supported networkattached scanner I recommend using VueScan mobile to scan your docs instead of snapping pictures with your camera since a scanner will get the clearest image without all the hassle of using the device camera All the needed functionality in a simple app
Although I have enjoyed this app before the update the update looks great it does however not let me complete my entry I get through most of the input process when it gets to submit or take photo it will not allow me to do this every time I have to get out of the app and come back LATER and retry annoying Not Complete
My nanny can sign on my mobile device with her finger Love how easy this app is to submit claims It also has a great UI compared to other flex systems Sign on ipad
Why does this not remember my WageWorks username and password I purposely use a complex password but must enter it every time Im encouraged to use a simple password My bank app remembers my password Why cant this app Add a PIN or something if its a security issue Remember login info
Its really a pain to have to sign in every time you need to submit a claim My iPhone has its own passcode How about a remember me checkbox
Hate this app They cannot figure out a way to show an accurate account balance Had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes to get the proper balanceas the app and their automated messages were wrong as well I would pay money to never use WageWorks again They are awful Terrible app from a terrible company

This update does a disservice to its users by now preventing the ability to copypaste a password from a password manager which encourages the use of more memorableand therefore less secure passwords As another reviewer noted add support for Touch ID already Touch ID please
Easiest way to submit receipt just take a photo of it and done Works perfectly well
Hard to select date with scroll wheel Way more touchy than prior version Really hard to select the correct date because the wrong selection will scroll ie day instead of year Good but scroll for date to touchy
I tried multiple times even called there customer support It just keeps saying login information not valid And when I contacted support they couldnt tell why it wasnt letting me login Why have an app if you cant even use it Cant even log in

After this latest update the app isnt recognizing me and wont log me in Unable to use now Like the app but not logging me in

Due to security they wont let you copypaste your password I use a password manager and my password is long and random It would take me so long to jump back and forth between the password manager and this app that it pretty much makes the app useless Unless they change their copypaste policy Ill be uninstalling this app Its a shame This app could be a real time saver No copypaste

One UI feature is badly needed Touch ID Right now there is no way to activate Touch ID nor to even have the app remember my username or give me the option to stay signed in on my already password secured device Such a hassle having to retype these both every time Fix this and Ill raise you another star for a very decent app Functional app decent UIneeds Touch ID
The recent update to the look and feel of this app is a nice enhancement of an already pretty solid product The app seems to cover all of the use cases for my accounts Viewing balances entering claims and following their status are all very well supported I do agree with other reviewers that having to reenter credentials every time is a pain and thats the primary reason Id give it 4 rather than 5 stars but other than that it does what I need it to Decent little app
Basically works for what I need submitting expenses but its absurd that it doesnt remember my USERNAME let alone my password Makes it annoying and it hardly needs super security Doesnt remember me
Like other reviewers I use LastPass for password management Not only can I not copypaste my password But if I try to switch between apps to type a few chars at a time it deletes all my progress They need to listen to their customers and fix this Cant login
Another app that actually encourages the use of weak and shared passwords You cant paste a strong password that you may have retrieved from an app such as LastPass so you are forced to put in a weak password Sure you might remember that password but then chances are you are using it for other web sites as well meaning higher risk of compromise WageWorks deals with healthcare right Always amazes me what slips through HIPAA risk assessments let alone just plain old good design and user experience Bad security

I use a password manager and this app wont let me copy and paste the password Im not going to type it in every time Its encouraging us to use an insecure password Some Dilbert refugee manager needs to get their head out of their nether regions and realize that disabling the paste function is not security And if I type my password in it wont save it Use the Touch ID for security to allow us to save the password use touch ID
I cant submit receipts because when I take a picture the program closes I did manage to submit two receipts after multiple attempts but apparently it did not save them since the company did not receive them Just end up having to fax them anyway Why have an app No remember me no print ID loads slowly Very frustrating Doesnt work well since update
New UI is nice some new streamlined functions adding photos is a problem unable to upload claim happens frequently when 4 or more photos are attached When this error occurs the user must start all over nor does the user know why the claim cldnt be uploaded you have to guess try again try again Also the service date function is WAY to sensitive very hard to enter the date with the scroll wheels and I have very small fingers Overall this is a useful app but has some very frustrating functions and errors Some good updates added frustrations
No one browsing the app store is FSA shopping but this app couldnt be better it steps you quickly through entering the required info and photographing the receipts Best FSA Ive ever had this app is why

Thank you for fixing the jailbroke phones not working That is the way it should be if I can use the app with my wifes rooted phone I should be able to use my jailbroke phone Jailbroke phones work again
