This app is really useful when it comes to forgetting if I left my lights on                     I really Love This Mark65565

Works well with my Crestron automation system I m able to access multiple systems from one app The programmer did a great job it works just like my other touch panels in the house I have no issues with local files and loading The programmer loaded the graphics file directly to the processor I can use any iPad and updates are automatic                     App is a great addition to my Crestron system DjRoulette

The app works well except for one significant problem As an end user if I use a local file and there is an update to the user file it requires a reload of the local file by your automation company If I do not use a local file the app hangs unless you have a very strong wireless signal Crestron needs to allow the user to switch a non local file to local usage to avoid this or open up file sharing so the end user can load the local file to a new device or when there is an update to the user file This is another way that crestron is not end user friendly             need more flexibility in loading local file Paleodoc2

Since the update on March 3 2016 I can no longer select any music from my sources I have 2 Autonomic sources and when I select either one I only see the controls like play fast forward etc and a progress wheel like it s trying to load something I first noticed this on my iPhone 6S and then tested my iPad mini which had not been updated to the March 3rd version The iPad with previous version worked fine but as soon as I updated it it too quit working and exhibits the same progress wheel now I have no problems with the wall mounted Crestron touch screens throughout my home     Last upgrade broke it Makeit57

First off I would like to respond to another reviewers review Yes if you don t use the Crestron app for a bit and your iOS device puts the app in a hibernate mode it does have to reopen your UI local or not local 1 Dont blame Crestron for this This is because of Apple not Crestron so shame on you for giving them a bad review 2 It is nit only device specific but UI as well My 6S and 6S both load our UI and update it not local is literally 1 second from a fresh open If you re using an iPhone 4 or iPad 2 then get a new device and stop complaining 3 If you wanted it to be always on then fork the several thousand ona dedicated UI You paid a few hundred bucks for a device you use for everything and paid 99 for an app Seriously stop complaining about the price or speed Buy a TSW panel or realize how much you saved to make up for that 10 seconds of load time Okay now that I can actually leave a review Crestron is great I install it I program it and I use it at home I can control my lighting thermostat and multiple rooms of audio and video This app is AMAZING IF you know what you re doing If you paid a mediocre company to install it for you then you ll probably have a mediocre experience Crestron provides the platform its up to the dealer to make use of the tools provided to give the best overall experience Most customers probably have an issue with a TV not turning on or a horrible UI and blame the app or Crestron People or sheeple you need to wake up and realize it has nothing to do with Crestron This has to do with the dealer whether they rushed on it or lack experience The company I work for works hard to make it easy and beautiful for the customer If you complain about the App please think for a second on whether it is the dealer you paid or is it Apple Anyways the app works great for me and everyone I know sho uses it I love SmartGraphics and have no complaints on the app itself I can t complain about the price either Although it would have been nice to pay 99 for iPhone and iPad instead of paying twice but I did anyways still cheaper than a dedicated panel which I own as well                     Crestron is the best Jsauce07

This is a very bad App for the price If you install it in your iphone and you need it after your phone has gone to sleep you will need at least 5 seconds to change the volume if your lucky Many times the app has to restart and that will take you into the 20 plus For the price of this app its shameful         Worst QPR App Sgamiz

The app does well until you use the local file stored on the app After uploading a 50MB file to the local file folder in the app it appears that repeated use of the local file crashes the app and gives the user a blank screen or it s gets stuck at the Crestron boot screen May be related to the file size not sure If you upload a file to the local folder use the app with caution I have reloaded the app three times in one day             Crestron Mobile App Corruption Issues Graham Bowen

Every version continues to improve the user experience and allow programmers such as myself to please customers more efficiently SmartGraphics support was a home run and Crestron gives your programmer the ability to really hit the ball out of the park when adding iOS interfaces to your system                     Very pleased with improvements crestron

Question What do I do for a living Answer I beta test Crestron software What a joke And I m not laughing I ve invested so much time in closing and restarting VTPro because it constantly locks up when programming anything core 3 I ve defaulted my CP3 several times having to reload over 5 simpl programs several web projects Since the latest firmware that s required to run this app the CP3 browser GUI no longer works and now I can t setup DDNS I was hoping to have something to show at work and brag about the new app Sorely mistaken Thanks for completely wasting my time money     Is this the beta release madMAN0073d

Some of us paid 100 each for the Crestron Mobile Pro and ProG Why doesn t Crestron just update those apps to support these new features and new iPhone iPad resolutions Why charge customers with another in app purchase for these features that should be included in the Mobile Pro G versions At least have those customers that paid for the Mobile Pro to be able to restore the purchase on this new app At least update Mobile Pro to support iPhone5 resolution Also update Mobile ProG to support retina display     Update Crestron Mobile Pro and ProG Ace718
