This app has been amazing and has really helped me throughout college For the most part the new update is good It is nice being able to use landscape mode on my iPhone but I dont like how you have to select how many cards you want to study in each deck rather than just going through all of the cards on the deck It doesnt repeat the cards I rank 1 or 2 which is the main feature that made this app great Maybe I just need to give it more time but so far the new update isnt my favorite              Love the app but the new update isnt too great

I love this app Its free and who doesnt love free stuff plus it is very helpful You can make your own flash cards or download other flash cards that the app already has for you Great study tool I mainly use this app and another helpful one called Quizlet which is helpful for many areas that you need school help in like Spanish or Physics for example Love Love LOVE                 Super Helpful

This app has only been improving with time The format and structure has always been fantastic but now that theyve added the market there are a lot more possibilities I fully support this app and continue to use it in my medical training                 Absolute best flash card app

Search feature is a truly great addition But the ability to see the confidence level while studying a deck was removed Please bring back this simple feature              Great update but with compromises

As a former teacher who is back in college I find myself struggling to memorize information like I used to when I was younger I know the importance of brainbased techniques but I just wasnt cutting it with traditional flashcards Well BrainScape is my lifesaver Its convenient and easy to use and Ive done so much better with their method I love all the features that are available for what I need and all for FREE I love it so much I might even use it for learning a language when I finish with my school program Great app I never write reviews but this one really deserves my time                 Lifesaver

This app has been beyond helpful I am studying for my Property and Casualty licensing exam When I first received all of my study materials I was completely overwhelmed I didnt even know where to start I was repeatedly failing all of my practice exams and just couldnt retain the information Then a friend told me about Brainscape After only studying for an hour or so I notice an INSANE difference I was recalling all sorts of information Within no time I was answering almost every question on my practice exams correctly I couldnt believe the improvement Brainscape makes it fun to learnand convenient too With two small children I never know when Ill have a spare moment to study Luckily with Brainscape I can access my study materials at any time in any place I am absolutely in love with this app The new update makes the program even better I wouldnt have thought that was even possible Thank you guys for developing such a great product                 Amazing app

I love this app It is a great study tool I love the recent update that gives you the option to study in landscape mode on your mobile device The only suggestion I would make it is not a game changer would be to add a quick edit of an individual card for when you find a typo in the quick menu I have found a few errors on some cards and it would save time to have a quick edit feature rather than going back choosing the deck youd like to edit and the searching for the specific card that needed to be edited                 Great study tool

This app is seriously a game changer and a life saver as well Brainscape is by far one of the best ways to study flash cards no doubt in my mind There are 2 amazing reasons why I have never gone back to writing flash cards out First reason It is 10000x faster to type the question and answer Second reason You rate your questions on a 15 how well you know it scale 1being youre clueless on the question 5being you know it 100 The great thing about this is that Brainscape focuses mostly on the ones you are struggling with When you quiz yourself these are the ones that usually come up first TRY THIS APP Youll never go back                 Complete GameChanger

There are many study flashcard apps on the market So are fantastic in their own right But even at a premium Brainscape continues to lead the competition                 The best keeps getting better

Wonderful and helpful study tool Great layout and intuitive interface I usually make my flash cards on my computer when I can type easier and then study on the go using my phone Super convenient Occasionally I have issues with the app where it wont open or instantly crashes upon opening Last time this happened it needed to be deleted and redownloaded several times Other than that great functional app              Great program with occasional bug

Thankfully I was introduced to this app It has helped me so much in memorizing Things such as Vocabulary and I will definitely encourage everyone I know to get this app                 Best way to memorize ANYTHING

Love you can create cards with excel Save them in the CSV format and it loads your cards to study later Plan on using this to make cards for the NPTE which is the physical therapy licensing exam                 Great tool

I liked this app because it was the most user friendly flashcard app that I tried it didnt require a lot of extra hassles to enter my flashcards quick and easy                 Easy to use

So bummed they really failed on this last update Ive been using this app for a long time I like to upload my excel files of my own word lists The most recent update could have been a step to a great app they gave the option to limit the number of cards to study to a subset but allows for ZERO repetition it only allows looking at the card once Defeats the purpose of flash cards     Update fail From good to bad could be great

Its a really great app however I study better with color and shape like font color and font style makes a huge difference for me in my flashcard affects All us to edit the fonts and colors and its a 5              Bland

For adult learners Brainscape is a great experience Not too complex but very high quality content Plus you can very easily create your own And now you can also access and save other learners card decks too Ive gotten in the habit of a daily dose of learning Even the free decks try Knowledge Rehab are a tremendous value and starting point before refining your interests Ive tried several flashcard systems but really like this one with its SRS algorithm and the look and feel Support is great too                 Very good learning experience

I really do love this app thorough effective but Im trying to learn Latin You would think for 999 I would get the full package Yes I got all the decks of cards they have But none of them come with pronunciation practice Or anything I speak French Russian and some Japanese and in every place Ive learned these languages it has come with pronunciation And they were all for free Maybe a deck for languages could be added to learn pronunciation of the alphabet and sounds That would be very helpful              Good except

I love this app and the online component works great Makes it so easy to make the flash cards super quick However it is nonsense to have to sign out of the mobile app and sign back in every time you want your decks to sync There should be a refresh or sync button right inside the app Then it would be a 5              Needs to sync

I had to study 207 words for AP Bio Well I didnt even know where to start I knew I had three days before the quiz and I remember using brain scape before to study for finals I have never been able to remember 101 words as fast as I did using brainscape This really is a great app I use it on the bus to study and I use it at home and during lunch sometimes too                 Best app

This is by far the most innovative and easytouse flash card app                 Not confusing at all

It gives you a really bad screen layout and forces you to wait about 30 minutes before you can do anything Worst app ever     Horribly hard to navigate and a waste of time

The app is amazing and I love that it lets me rate how well I know a card The algorithm used to quiz me is based on the rating for each card I give and works very well However as an aspiring Xray tech it would be amazing if I could load a image on the question portion of my cards and add something like an arrow pointing to specific parts of the images It would be great to quiz myself on anatomy and recognizing the diseases that may show on radiographs and it is info I will need on my test              Great app but could be better
